How does the Refer a Friend work?

If you see a deal that you think people you know would enjoy click on Refer a Friend and invite your friends. The email sent to your friends will include a unique code which will allow us to track your referrals. If you recommend a deal to a friend, family member or even a co-worker through our Refer a Friend program, you will earn a $5.00 credit when they sign up and make their first purchase on the deal you referred to them. You can keep track of your credits in the My Account section of the website and you can use your credits towards a purchase of any EarlyBirdDeal.ca daily deal at any time. There is no limit to the amount of friends that you can refer and better yet, there's no limit to how much you can earn!

I purchased a deal, now what do I do?

After your credit card is charged, you will receive the voucher in an email along with the receipt of payment. Print your voucher and you are ready to redeem at your local business after the deal closes. Enjoy your deal!

What is the Refund Policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Refunds are available up to 14 days from your date of purchase on any unused vouchers. Email us at customerservice@earlybirddeals.ca.

Can I purchase a deal as a gift?

Absolutely. You can purchase vouchers for yourself or as gifts.

How much tax will I be charged?

Taxes are not included and will be charged by the merchant. The merchant will charge taxes on the voucher price not the regular price. That means if you purchase a voucher for $40.00 and the regular price is $95.00 you will only pay taxes on $40.00.
